The community is composed of two main areas – Falconhead, which is mainly Spillman Ranch, and the newer Falconhead West. Buyers will find a variety of single-family residences across all the neighborhoods, ranging from garden homes to custom-built luxury homes on sprawling lots.
Properties in Falconhead West are slightly newer and there are new homes available in the latest development, Canyonside at Falconhead West, built by Ash Creek Homes.
While Tuscan-style villas are becoming more popular, Mediterranean and Craftsman-style homes are still the most in demand. Homes along the golf course, however, tend to be Tuscan-inspired.
